We collect and process only the data that is required to allow us to provide our services to you. We collect the data which you entered through form. 

a) We process the personal data required to complete and dispatch your purchase, including your name, billing address, delivery address, payment details, mobile number, telephone number and email address. We collect your email address in order to send you confirmation of your order; we collect your telephone number so that we can contact you if there are any issues with the order.

b) We collect your email address when you sign up to receive Nooraziz News.

c) If you register for a Nooraziz account, we collect your name, email address, password, country, day and month of birth and additional information regarding your favourite products and your marketing preferences.

e) If you provide us with someone else’s data – for example, if you purchase a product to be delivered to a friend or as a gift, or provide us with someone’s data as part of our refer-a-friend scheme – we will collect and process the personal data required to complete the transaction such as the name, delivery address and other contact details for your friend. If you are receiving an item as a gift, we will process your data only to fulfil the gift request and our contractual obligations.

Your personal data will be processed by the internal staff of Nooraziz who have been specifically trained and authorized for this processing.

These parties have been designated as data processors and carry out their activities according to the instructions given by Nooraziz and under its control.

How long do we keep your data?

We keep your personal data for a limited period of time in line with our data retention policy. The specific retention period will vary according to the reason for processing your personal data. After this period, your data will be permanently erased or otherwise irreversibly rendered anonymous.

Your personal data are retained in accordance with the following criteria:

When you have purchased goods from www.noorandzafir.com, we will retain the billing data until the end of the relevant accounting period, normally seven years from the billing date;

When you make a payment, we will retain your payment details up to the certification of the payment and the completion of the relevant administrative-accounting formalities regarding your right of withdrawal and the terms applied for the disputing of the payment;

You can be a citizen of any country to use the Nooraziz marketplace.

Nooraziz is not liable to you or any other person for anything in connection with any aspect of the Nooraziz marketplace or your use of it. In particular, Nooraziz is not liable to you or any other person on any basis for any loss or damage caused to you directly or indirectly by use of the Nooraziz marketplace.

Nooraziz has no knowledge and makes no representations or warranties about any aspect of any item, listing or seller on the Nooraziz marketplace.

You use the Nooraziz marketplace entirely at your risk. Nooraziz takes no responsibility for any system unavailability or for any loss or damage that is incurred as a result of the Nooraziz marketplace or Nooraziz web site being unavailable. Further, Nooraziz assumes no responsibility for the corruption of any data or information held by Nooraziz.

Nooraziz provides no warranty or guarantee for the accuracy of information provided by Nooraziz customers or sellers.

Customers using the Nooraziz marketplace are solely responsible for the content of their listings.

Account information

You agree to keep your membership information, including email address, residential address, and telephone number, current at all times.

You agree not to allow any other person to use the Nooraziz marketplace using your account and Member Name.

You may not include or provide your membership details (including your email residential address, phone number, commission details or other method of contact) on your profile, your listings, and your feedback.

If you are under the age of 18 you are not permitted to buy or sell on the Nooraziz marketplace.

Selling

If you offer items for sale on the Nooraziz marketplace you agree that:

All prices stated as required on the marketplace and include VAT if applicable;

You are legally entitled to sell the items you are offering for sale;

Your item description is accurate and complete, and includes all relevant information about terms of sale including shipping and payment information;

The item you are selling matches exactly the product listed on Nooraziz;

Your item description is not inaccurate, misleading or fraudulent;

Your item description or item for sale does not infringe any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights;

You are in physical possession of the item that you are selling;

Your item descriptions will not include references to other web sites where similar items are offered for sale, or contact details are provided for a seller of similar items;

You will ship the item using the delivery method specified to the buyer;

You will ship the item within the time specified to the seller in the product listing and description.

You will comply with the Nooraziz Disputes Resolution process;

The sale of your items are subject to a commission agreed between us and you; and That payment for your items will be made by way of credit to your Nooraziz account which may be refunded in full to a valid bank account details.

Buying

When buying an item on the Nooraziz marketplace you agree that:

By buying an item, you warrant that you have the legal right to enter into and complete the transaction;

Your "Buy Now” is an irrevocable offer to buy the item;

You will inform Nooraziz within 3 days after receiving a "shipped” notification if you have not received the item; and

You agree to Nooraziz Disputes Resolution process.

Disputes Resolution

If the buyer fails to receive an item purchased from a seller on the Nooraziz marketplace a dispute will be opened and will be resolved as following:

Resolution will be in the buyer’s favor if the following conditions are met:

The Buyer selected delivery by Tracked Courier; and

The Buyer provided a valid delivery address; and

The Seller is unable to provide a valid "track and trace” that shows an attempted delivery to the buyer’s delivery address.

A resolution in the buyer’s favor will result in a full refund to the buyer’s Nooraziz account. Payment for the item will not be made to the seller.

Resolution will be in the seller’s favor if the following conditions are met:

The Buyer did not select delivery by Tracked Courier; or

The Seller delivered using Tracked Courier and can provide a valid "track and trace” that shows delivery to the buyer’s delivery address.

A resolution in the seller’s favor will result in payment for the item (minus commission) to the seller’s Nooraziz account. The buyer will not receive a refund.

Neither the seller nor Nooraziz is responsible for an item once it has been delivered to the buyer’s delivery address.

All dispute resolutions are at the sole discretion of Nooraziz and all decisions are final.

Non-compliance

If you do not comply with these Terms and Conditions, Nooraziz may, without notice or warning, limit your activities on theNooraziz web site by removing your listings, issuing you a warning or suspending or terminating your membership.

Reasonableness

By using this website, you agree that the exclusions and limitations of liability set out in this website disclaimer are reasonable.

If you do not think they are reasonable, you must not use this website.

Other parties

You accept that, as a limited liability entity, Nooraziz has an interest in limiting the personal liability of its officers and employees. You agree that you will not bring any claim personally against Nooraziz officers or employees in respect of any losses you suffer in connection with the website.

Without prejudice to the foregoing paragraph, you agree that the limitations of warranties and liability set out in this website disclaimer will protect Nooraziz officers, employees, agents, subsidiaries, successors, assigns and sub-contractors as well as Nooraziz.

Unenforceable provisions

Indemnity

Breaches of these terms and conditions

Without prejudice to Nooraziz other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, Nooraziz may take such action as Nooraziz deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.

Variation

Nooraziz may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time. Revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of this website from the date of the publication of the revised terms and conditions on this website. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.

Assignment

Nooraziz may transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with Nooraziz rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions without notifying you or obtaining your consent.

You may not transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with your rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions.

Severability

If a provision of these terms and conditions is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect. Free Shipping all over the world 

Please note that the Seller aims to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, or 48 hours during sale periods. Shipping times appearing on the site are estimates and are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. In any event, the Seller will deliver the goods to you within a maximum 30 days of the day on which the Seller accepts your order. Nooraziz is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Order tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledgment. This will be followed by another email once the Seller has verified your payment details and approved your order for shipping including the shipping tracking number of your purchase.

In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an email detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information.

All items are shipped directly from our Sellers. If you have ordered items from more than one Shop, you will receive a separate shipping from each Shop. You will receive regular email updates on the shipping status of your order. If you have further queries, please contact the Seller directly.

Shipping times will vary. Please refer to our shipping section for more information. Nooraziz cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transactions.

Please note that you have 15 days upon the dispatch of your order to contact the Seller should you not receive it. If you contact the Seller after this 15 day period, the Seller cannot guarantee your refund.


Cancellations

You can cancel your order, for any reason, up to the moment it is processed by our site. Once it has been processed, you cannot cancel but you may return your order. You can contact the Seller directly.

Customs Clearance

All of the products from customer’s orders will be dispatched directly from the Sellers. Products coming from different countries may incur import duty and customs charges.

In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any charges on a parcel including the customs charges must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. The Seller recommends you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.

Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 15 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return unless stated otherwise by the Seller.
